What is BiggieSmall?
BiggieSmall is an easy-to-use batch image resizing app. Distributing large digital images can be a pain. Large images can take a long time to email or upload to a web site
(many email systems won't even allow sending attachments over a certain size!), the recipient of the images might not want to download such large files, and large images might
not display correctly on the web. BiggieSmall is great for quickly creating beautiful, small, interpolated (smoothed) images.
Using BiggieSmall
Using BiggieSmall to resize images consists of three basic steps:
- Add source images to BiggieSmall by clicking the "Add" toolbar icon at the top of the main window, or by dragging images/folders
with images in them onto the window.

- Choose the desired output resolution under the "Scaling:" label at the bottom of the main window, then the export format under the "Format:" label.
(See the BiggieSmall help guide by choosing Help -> BiggieSmall Help from inside the program for more information about these options).

- Click the Export button at the bottom of the window, choose a location for your new files, and sit back as BiggieSmall does
the heavy lifting.

New in Version 1.0.1
- Fixed a small memory leak
- Images rotated with metadata are now resized based on their perceived width and height, not their actual pixel arrangement
